Since cold and flu season is still in full bloom, I was just curious if anyone has a favorite way of staying healthy and keeping the germs away.
There are several things that I do that I swear by for keeping the bugs away.
First is sleep and plenty of it.
Second is supplements. I take vitamin D and immune builders a couple of times a week.
Third, let the stress go. This is harder than getting enough sleep but very necessary.

This is a really good question. I take V D in a Cod liver mint it really doesn’t taste too bad and a B complex really helps with the stress. And wash my hands a lot extra crazy in flu season and last but not least when I have the start of any symptoms I hammer it hard. With immune system stuff. So there it is.;+) I haven’t been sick this year knock on Naugahyde.
